Yin Yoga Chill
Slow grounded, deeply rejuvenating & meditative. We hold asanas for a longer period of time. Poses target areas in the body for a deep release of connective tissue. Yin is a full body practice that teaches you not only to track any sensations but also visualize and connect with the energy channels in the body. A Yin pose may be held from 3-5 min to soften the connective tissue and help increase long lasting flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels. In the studio we have props at home have a rolled blanket and a couple pillows on hand.
